Fergus and Alex have 10 years experience in working in the London Residential Lettings Industry. We truly understand the requirements needed to be deemed a proper ‘Professional Clean’ from our years of working in the industry and experience in dealing with the fall out of a job not being done properly or carried out punctually.

We set up the company to provide a service primarily offered to Estate Agencies as we understand the ever changing and unforeseen nature of the process. We provide a professional and flexible service to work around the needs and requirements of our clients and pride ourselves on excellent customer service and delivering professional results.

We have both worked for numerous reputable Estate Agencies in London and have 10 years of experience in the Lettings process in London. We now serve the industry to support and provide unrivalled results, great customer satisfaction and a flexible service that works around the needs, requirements and time scales of our clients.
