Kitchen
- Wash and polish/buff/shine all surfaces to ensure a smear free finish
- Clean inside all cupboards and drawers. Remove any old food items, carrier bags, perishables, dust and any items left by the previous tenants
- Clean sink (s) and taps, remove limescale and polish smoothly
- Clean the wall tiles to remove grease and build-up residue; then wipe & shine
- Clean the grouting
- Clean oven internally to remove all build-up grease and carbon including the cleaning of factory fitted tray and oven grills. Clean and polish exterior stainless steel and chrome
- If trays are beyond economic repair; we will dispose
- Clean and remove grime sludge and grease from oven extractor to include the cleaning of the metal mesh filter grills
- Clean refrigerator and defrost freezer removing all grime, grease and food deposits. Leave switched off. The freezer must be switched off prior to the arrival of the cleaning team
- Clean dishwasher and internal filters
- Remove broken bits of broken glass and debris from the Dishwasher drainage area
- Clean the exterior of all the kitchen appliances, buff polish & shine. Clean the bins internally and externally
- Clean windows internally and externally where safely accessible
- Deep clean washing machine seal, soap dispenser and washing machine exterior
- Remove build-up of bacteria & mould from the rubber seal
- Please note that years of heavy black mould damage can not be removed and the seal may need to be replaced.
Bathroom
- Wall tiles degreased, cleaned and polished
- Shower screen descaled, cleaned and polished
- Bath, basin, taps, shower head and fittings to be cleaned, descaled and polished
- If the silicon around the bath, sink or shower has black mould, the silicon will need replacing which we can do but at an extra cost
- Sink bath & shower plugs to be removed and deep cleaned
- Toilet to be de-scaled and brushed clean. Seat to be cleaned
- All soap and shampoo residue to be removed
- Mirrors to be cleaned and polished. General and other rooms
- Dusting throughout including ceilings, light fittings and shades, light switches, dado rails, skirting, spindles and banisters. Curtain rails, wall pictures, mirrors, fireplaces and radiators around
- Furniture to be moved and cleaned around providing not too heavy
- Mattresses to be lifted and vacuumed under
- Carpets to be thoroughly vacuumed (Hot Water Extraction carpet cleaning available upon request)
- All other floors to be washed and mopped
- All glass (furniture tops, mirrors, picture frames) to be cleaned with window cleaner
- Curtains to be vacuumed on site
- Windows to be cleaned internally and externally where accessible (if the windows are not reasonably accessible to reach externally a quote is available from our external window cleaning specialist contractor)
- Drawers and shelves to be cleared of any rubbish including old magazines, newspapers and any perishables unless stated otherwise
- Upholstery vacuumed and cushions lifted and cleaned
- All wooden furniture to be carefully wiped clear of dust
- All rubbish left by the previous occupants will be bagged up and disposed of at the allocated bins for the property. If the allocated bins are full we will leave the rubbish next to the bins. If this causes a complaint from the residents or local council we can return to dispose of but at an extra charge depending of the load. Additionally if the previous occupants leave an excessive amount of rubbish e.g., more then 3 big black bin bags an extra charge will be applicable for the extra labour in bagging up and taking to the bins
- All of the previous occupants items e.g., rubbish, old foods, magazines, clothes, cleaning products etc will be disposed of unless stated otherwise prior to the team arriving to clean.
Bedrooms
- All bedroom furniture and storage units to be cleaned inside and out
- Beds to be moved and thoroughly vacuumed under unless unreasonably heavy to do
- Bedroom furniture to be arranged neat and tidy
- Bedding and lined to be folded
Hazard Notification and Liability Clause
The property owner, occupant, or their agent must notify us in writing prior to the booking of any loose, weakly held, or potentially dangerous areas within the property that could cause damage if not handled carefully due to their precariousness. This includes but is not limited to hazards such as loose cupboard doors, handles, or any other faulty or weak parts within the property.
Failure to communicate such hazards to us prior to the booking will result in the company not being held liable for any damage or injury that may occur as a result of these omissions or oversights.
